The CSR wil play a key role in delivering superior service to our clients by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with our HVAC technicians. This position requires strong communication skills, HVAC knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking HVAC services, answering inquiries and providing information about our company's offerings.
• Schedule HVAC service appointments accurately and efficiently, considering technician availability and customer preferences.
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointment details, including date, time, and service requirements.
• Coordinate with HVAC technicians to ensure timely arrivals and efficient service delivery.
• Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, working to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installation options.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and operations, to optimize customer service processes and procedures.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and HVAC regulations to provide informed support to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in HVAC systems is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in scheduling and documentation.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
